Energy Conservation Kit Program from FirstEnergy’s West Virginia Utilities

FirstEnergy’s West Virginia utilities have contracted with Power Direct Energy to administer this program. Power Direct Energy maintains this site and its content. To request a kit over the phone, call 855-764-1275.

West Virginia residential customers of Mon Power and Potomac Edison are now eligible to receive an energy conservation kit. There is no fee to receive this kit. The kit includes six LED light bulbs in various wattages, one compact fluorescent light bulb (CFL), a furnace filter whistle and two LED night lights.** Click here to learn more about the cost of this kit.

By participating in FirstEnergy utilities’ Energy Efficiency and Conservation (EE&C) programs, participants hereby assign and transfer ownership of any Energy Efficiency resource credits and capacity resulting from their project(s) to their local utility (Potomac Edison or Mon Power) for the purpose of offering these resources into the markets operated by PJM Interconnection, Inc. (PJM).
